What ListingDistro is

ListingDistro emails licensed real estate agents one listing per email, using listings that agents submit. We are a distribution service only. We are not a real estate broker, we don't represent buyers or sellers, and we're not a party to any transaction, showing or commission arrangement between agents.

Who can use it

ListingDistro is for licensed real estate professionals. Please use your real name and an email address you control.

Submitting a listing

When you submit a listing, you confirm that:

• You are a licensed real estate agent or broker, and you have a signed listing agreement or are otherwise authorized to market and distribute this listing.

• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading, and you'll tell us promptly if the listing changes, goes into contract or comes off the market.

• You own the photos, description and other materials you upload, or you have permission from their owner (for example, the photographer) to use them this way.

• Your listing complies with fair housing laws and all other applicable laws and rules, and doesn't state or imply any preference or limitation based on a protected class.

You keep ownership of your content. You give ListingDistro permission to copy, format and distribute it in our listing emails and in materials that promote that listing, and to keep a record of it. We may adjust formatting and layout, but we won't rewrite your description.

Our review

We review submissions before sending, usually within one business day. We may ask for missing information, and we may decline or remove any listing at our discretion. You can ask us to stop including a listing in future emails at any time. Emails that have already been sent can't be recalled.

For subscribers

Listing information comes from the submitting agent. We don't verify it and can't guarantee it's accurate, complete or still available. Please confirm details directly with the listing agent. Don't forward or republish listing emails in ways the listing agent hasn't allowed.

Fees

ListingDistro is free during our launch. If we introduce paid pricing for listing campaigns, we'll tell agents before they're charged, and nobody will be billed without agreeing to it first.

Responsibility

You're responsible for the content you submit. If a claim is made against ListingDistro because of content you submitted or a breach of these terms (for example, a photo you didn't have rights to), you agree to cover the resulting costs.

ListingDistro is provided "as is." We don't promise any particular result, such as showings, offers or sales. To the extent the law allows, ListingDistro isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is $0 while the service is free).

Ending use

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may suspend or remove anyone who misuses the service, for example by submitting listings they're not authorized to market.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use ListingDistro after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
