ListingDistro ("we," "us") sends licensed real estate agents email alerts featuring one listing per email, and lets listing agents submit their listings to be sent to that network. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email help@listingdistro.com.

What we collect

• If you subscribe: your email address, and your name if you give it.

• If you submit a listing: your name, email, phone number and brokerage; the property details you enter (address, price, description, showing instructions and similar); and the photos you upload.

• If you email us: your message and contact details.

• Email activity: our email delivery provider records whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked.

• Website use: our website host uses cookies and collects basic analytics, such as pages visited and general location, to run the site and understand traffic.

How we use it

• To send listing alert emails to subscribers.

• To review submitted listings, distribute them by email, and contact the submitting agent about their listing.

• To send the submitting agent a performance report on their campaign (for example, how many recipients opened or clicked). Reports show totals, not who opened.

• To answer questions, run the service, and keep it secure.

Submitting a listing adds you to the list

When you submit a listing, we also add you to our listing alert emails, as stated on the submission form. You can unsubscribe at any time. If you have unsubscribed before, we won't add you back.

What gets shared

• Your listing and your contact details as the listing agent (name, brokerage, email, phone) are included in the listing email sent to subscribers. That is the purpose of the service, so only submit what you're comfortable sharing with other agents.

• Trusted service providers that help us run ListingDistro, such as our email delivery, online forms, website hosting and business email providers. They process information only on our behalf and only to provide their services to us.

• When required by law or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share subscriber email addresses with other agents.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email.

• Access, correct or delete your information by emailing help@listingdistro.com. Emails that have already been sent can't be recalled from recipients' inboxes.

• Remove a listing from future emails by emailing us.

How long we keep it

We keep subscriber information while you're subscribed, and listing and campaign records as long as needed to run the service, send reports and keep business records. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information (such as financial or ID numbers) through the form or by email.

Who this is for

ListingDistro is for real estate professionals. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect children's information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll let subscribers know by email.
